Nicki Minaj gets attacked by another female rapper; Our negative female culture

This rapper named Keyz came out with a diss video targeting Nicki Minaj for her image in hip-hop music.



Should female's in the music industry beef, especially females in hip-hop. The female hip-hop scene has fallen off big time since the early 2000's due to low sales and controversy amongst the top female emcees of the game. Beef has not been nice to the careers of female emcees so why should this particular artist even start off her career beefing with Nicki Minaj. It's great to have an educational debate about female images in hip-hop and what should be represented, but lacing it with profanity and calling each other derogatory names never earns you respect and only creates more drama. Female emcees needs to band together and work on a come-up for everybody.

THis story relates to us on a certain level also. The world always tries to pit females against each other. Even females themselves pick each other apart and partake in a back and forth, catty culture that involves negatively putting down other females to either gain respect with men or cover up for an insecurity of some sort. THis culture cannot exist if a woman hopes to gain respect for herself in this world. Love the next woman like a sister and don't be so quick to tear her down.
