Kenyon Martin Caught Tirade: When things get too personal for us.

Kenyon martin's tirade in his locker room for an April's Fool Joke was caught on tape and TMZ got a hold of them.

A prank was pulled when a driver of a teammates car filled Kenyon Martin's car with popcorn. Martin went back to his locker room and threw a fit at his teammates. He said, "I swear to God, boy ... when I find out who did it .. I'm gonna put my mother f*ckin' hands on one of y'all."

Martin continued, "I'm gonna put my hands on whoever did it ... you best believe dat ... it's f*ckin personal ... you best believe it."

Even though Kenyon Martin is making an estimated 16 million this year, he still acts like some of us do. That being said, when can one take themselves too seriously. Have you ever caught yourself getting mad at little things? Have you let your anger get the best of you when the issue wasn't really even that big to begin with? Sometimes we get so caught up in our lives that one distraction or negative action can send us over the edge. It's only when we sit back and realize it was nothing to really get upset over, is when we feel guilty over the mishap.

Talking things out or getting an understanding is usually the cure for situations like this and alleviate the frustration and anger you feel. Blowing up over every little thing in life only causes a dramatic, non-productive life and leaves you with a fat headache.
