Marie Osmond's Son previously attempted suicide, autopsy revealed; Overcoming depression

Marie Osmonds son did not have drugs in his system at the time of his death, but had been suffering from depression due to "bad school grades and a visit from a former girlfriend" and a friend said he had attempted suicide three times previously.

Michael Bryan jumped to his death on Febuary 26th from the 8th floor balcony of his apartment.

In a suicide note, Bryan "outlined his unhappiness with his life and his intent to kill himself," according to the report, which offered details of Bryan's last actions.

At about 9 p.m. the day he died, Bryan was texting with his friend and neighbor, Ruthann Clawson, saying he "felt like sh-t" and would be home soon. Clawson got a final text from him saying a note was left for her in his apartment. Moments after she found the note, she heard sirens of emergency vehicles arriving and saw his body lying on the sidewalk.

No matter how depressed you get, suicide is NEVER the answer.  Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.  Nothing in life is ever that bad to make you want to take your own.  Sometimes, we can become so self-absorbed in our pity that we forget that we have so much to be thankful for.

If you find yourself feeling down about things in life, take out 15 minutes to sit and think of all things that you are grateful for in your life and all the things that you have.  Talk to a family member, friend, or relative and let them know how you feel.  We can't go through this life feeling alone and lonely.  There is such a big and beautiful world out here with wonderful, caring people.  You just have to take advantage of it and not this world get to you.
