Chris Brown unsure of what Census was; Why a census is important?

Chris Brown headlined a Census Rally in Virgina yesterday, but has yet to fill out his Census form.  He claims that he had no clue what the census was at first saying, "I was unaware of it in the beginning too, I was like, 'I'm not too sure what the census is.'"

This is a time to say fill out your census forms.  They are more important than what you think.  Most  importantly, they can bring in money for different projects, businesses, and programs in your neighborhood.  They can be the difference in whether states gain or lose representatives in your district.  They also give the government an accurate count of how many people there are in the United States.  Remember all your information is CONFIDENTIAL!  For more info on why you should take it and how, click here.
