Dwayne Wade & Divorce:

Dwayne Wade is getting a divorce from his wife Siohvaughn. Let's just say things have not been pretty. He has petitioned the court to evaluate her psychologically after she filed papers claiming that he allegedly physically abused her. He wants custody of their boys 8 and 12. He is also dating Gabrielle Union and has been since him and his wife seperated in 2007.

You have to feel sorry for the boys in their situation. I love amicable splits where everybody goes their seperate ways and an agreement is set that is best for the children. Getting out of a relationship is not easy, but you have to have a clear head when it comes to the children. Parent's often become blind to the needs of the kids over their needs, and forget that the children never asked to come into this world and be involved in this mess. Come on now, I'm sure Dwayne Wade and his soon-to-be ex-wife can agree to disagree and split custody of the kids and let the past be the past.
